Assembly deadlines
IFEMA assigns a specific time window for assembly in each hall, usually in the two or three days before opening. The bigger your stand, the sooner you should book the slot: complex builds (custom woodwork, double-height structures) need more installation time than a standard octanorm module.
Documentation you'll be asked for
Before bringing material or staff into the venue, IFEMA requires health & safety documentation and liability insurance for the fitting company. If you work with an external provider, confirm in advance that it's up to date — it's the most common reason for last-minute access delays.
Common mistakes to avoid
