2. What data do we process?

Through the contact and quote form, and through communications by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process the data the user voluntarily provides us: name, company, email, phone number, and information about the project (fair, m², dates, construction system) necessary to prepare the quote.

3. For what purpose do we process the data?

• Responding to requests for quotes and information about our services.
• Managing the business relationship and, where applicable, the execution of the assembly contract.
• Sending communications related to the requested project.
• With express consent, sending commercial communications about our services (news, availability during the fair season). The user may object at any time.

4. What is the legal basis for the processing?

The legal basis is the data subject's consent when filling in the form or initiating contact (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures when the request leads to a quote or commission (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long do we keep the data?

Data will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained and, once it has ended, for the applicable legal limitation periods (tax, commercial) in order to address any liabilities that may arise from the processing.

6. Who will the data be shared with?

The personal data we process comes directly from the data subject, through the website's contact/quote form, email, or phone or WhatsApp communication.
