Staff for hire: what it is and who it's for
Our staff for hire service means renting assembly professionals for individual days, with no ongoing commitment. They arrive with all documentation in order — health & safety, liability insurance, accreditation — and integrate into the team you already have on-site.
This model fits particularly well for stand-building contractors who need to reinforce their own team during peak season, projects with several simultaneous fairs where in-house staff can't keep up, or when there's already a site manager and only specialised labour is missing. Confirmation is usually sorted within 48 hours — the most agile option when a last-minute need comes up.
Full assembly team: what it includes
Full assembly includes complete project management: schedule planning, an on-site manager, coordination with the fair organiser and with other suppliers (electrical, furniture, audiovisual), and responsibility for the final result. This is especially worth it when you don't have your own structure to supervise assembly at the fair, the project is complex — double height, several combined systems, tight deadlines — or the fair is abroad and there's no trusted local team.

Our role
We offer both models. If you already have your own coordination, we provide the fitters; if you need someone to take responsibility for the stand being ready on time without you having to be on-site, we build the full project with our own site manager.
